Responsibility and scope
This policy describes data use at IANautaLab, an editorial project for which Marcelo Alexandre Pereira Santos is responsible. It applies to the site’s pages and its own tools. External services accessed through links have their own policies.
Browsing and search
When you open a page, your browser sends the server the data needed to connect and deliver the content, such as your IP address, the requested address, and browser information. Hostinger provides the hosting infrastructure. This technical data may be included in the hosting provider’s operational and security logs.
Internal search sends the terms you enter to the site to find content. These terms appear in the search address and may be included in your browser history and the request’s technical logs. Do not include personal or confidential data in searches.
Responses in the tools
The five in-house tools for guidance, prompt creation, study planning, and tool selection process responses locally in the browser. They do not use an external AI API to produce their results and do not send these responses to IANautaLab or the suggested providers.
The tools do not store your responses in cookies or the browser’s local storage. If you copy, download, or paste a result into another application, the retention and processing of that copy depend on your device and the destination service. Avoid entering sensitive information even in tools that process data locally.
Forms and external services
The public pages do not offer reader registration, comments, a contact form, or newsletter subscriptions. No data is collected through these channels. The hosting provider’s administrative features are not equivalent to a public sign-up form.
Links to AI providers take you to other sites when you choose to open them. IANautaLab does not control the data requested at those destinations. Consult the provider’s policy before sending files, prompts, or personal information.
Cookies
The public browsing that has been checked does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. WordPress administrative access uses technical cookies, such as those for testing cookie acceptance and maintaining a session. The Cookie Policy explains this distinction.
Retention and security
Responses processed locally by the tools do not create a response database at IANautaLab. Technical access logs are handled differently and are subject to the hosting provider’s operations and applicable requirements. We do not claim that not sending responses eliminates all technical data from a visit.
No digital environment is free of risk. Use the features with only the information strictly necessary and protect other people’s data.
Your rights
Brazilian law provides for rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, and, where applicable, deletion of data and withdrawal of consent. The scope of each request depends on the data that exists and the grounds for processing. Reference: General Personal Data Protection Law.
Updates to this policy
This page will be reviewed when there is an actual change in features or data processing. The date at the top identifies the most recent revision. The practices described here and in the Cookie Policy should be considered together.
